Inspirations is the word for me recently :)

Today morning went work. Uncle alvin gave us chocolates, lots lots of them as christmas present! I couldn't resist the temptation. Take it as yesterday's swimming was a waste, and my throat don't know when can recover! :P Ate corn cup, mac chicken and $1 coke for lunch, rushed to school.

The first word when i popped into the music room was SORRYYYy. Taught them tutting using the Airplanes rapping part. Much improvement, can tell they did practice at home! :D Break, gave extra lessons for those who wanted to stay back and learn. Then teached Lucifer. Long long long meeting, i had to make a decision. Everyone's gonna follow my decision cause i'm the in-charge for the mass dance, i decided to cancel Lucifer. As its really difficult for some of the people, and have to think of the big picture. It's not something professional, its a performance which you have fun and the sec ones will enjoy :)))))
I want to thank chan zhi lin and wong ming kang for all the life skills today, really taught me alot and inspired me much :))))

Hmm, here's my thoughts. Theres no right or wrong, everyone have their own views and opinions. But through today, i feel that as a leader, you can't always make decisions that everyone will agree. But we can influence them. MingKang's leadership skill is really admirable. All the things he leart from workshop, the highest level of leadership. Some things are soo deep that it stunned me awhile to think through the meanings behind it. Stories always tells us a moral value/lesson at the end of it :) Some quotes also play with words that confuses you! xD I want to be able to lead like MingKang when one day :)

The tomb? a Date? No. My guess was, they were once alive, and mingkang said a little bit close. My next gues was, their life journey. MingKang said, very close! HOHO.

They all have this dash, - . Alive from 1996 - 2(...). no matter who you are, all the dashes are of the same length. No matter how much contributions you made, some hero's dash would be equal to any ordinary person. No one's superior than the other. But what they have in common, is that dash. From that period of time, they all lived their life journey. No matter if its just one year, or how long, you'll still have that dash that represents your lifespan. In your journey of your life, you want to make someone remember you. What does this teach you? It teaches you to LIVE YOUR LIFE TO THE FULLEST.

Leadership is another word like Love. It has no ends, no boundaries. Everyone have their own style of leading, as everyone have their own characters. Nothing is right or wrong. Theres always a time to be serious and a time to have fun. As leaders, we need to be able to influence others. Leadership has alot of levels, not idea which level am i am right now, but i hope to learn more. Grow and learn, learning will never die :D Everyone have something that you can learn from. No one's perfect, there'll surely be some flaws in everyone. But for me, i'm not a perfectionist, but i want life my life to the fullest, i want to give my best efforts in everything i do. At least, i did my best! :D Doing your best and trying your best is different you know!

I know i need to improve. I need to be more firm. ZhiLin passed me the ball and i need to start kicking to get the ball rolling :) I will, do my best! :D pass on that love :)

Tonight didn't go swim, mummy didn't allow cause she said i was sick and it'll only be worst if i continue swimming. Nevermind, tomorrow going swimming with daddy and cheryl, determined to slim! :D
